We use quinoa-corn noodles regularly for casseroles and I've found I love spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti. It is a change going gluten free but it's so worth it for your over all health. Less inflammation means less pain and less illness. I'm all for that! I found that brown rice pasta is a good go-to for me. I know you weren't using this product, but it helps me pack easy on the go lunches and dinners while I am on the road working.
