1 c. gluten free oat flour
1 to 2 c. gluten free old fashion oats
1/4 t nutmeg
1/8 t. cloves
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
2 eggs (organic)
1/2 to 1 c. raw honey depending on your sweet tooth
1/4 c. apple jelly (we used homemade jelly you can use any jelly or apple sauce)
1 c. raisins
Preheat oven to 350. Mix up dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon till all incorporated. If it's too wet add oats. You'll have a sticky dough. Add the raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Then eat, it makes about 15 cookies if you make them big like we did. We whipped up some cream to put on top. It was wonderfully delicious.
